Vacation & Holidays:
- Paid time off (PTO) offered that combines vacation and sick benefits into a single PTO bank beginning with 17 days per year. After 4 years employment increases to 23 days per year.
- 13 paid holidays per year, including one week company-wide shutdown spanning Christmas through New Year's Day
