The Coca-Cola Company
In April 2002, we entered into an agreement with Coca-Cola, the world's largest beverage company, for the discovery and development of specified new flavors and flavor enhancers for soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages. In addition to its namesake product, Coca-Cola markets a wide range of beverages including soft drinks, juice drinks, teas, coffees, and sports drinks. In April 2004, we amended our agreement to extend the research phase of the agreement until April 2008.
