Emmanuel A. Theodorakis, Ph.D., Professor of Chemistry at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Theodorakis' research is focused on the chemistry of natural products and includes the development of methods and strategies for their synthesis, the study of their bioactivity using SAR and chemical biology approaches, the design of bioactive analogues of natural products and the use of these compounds as probes in biology.
Dr. Theodorakis joined the Senomyx Scientific Advisory Board in September 2005.
