SENOMYX TO WEBCAST CORPORATE PRESENTATION AT THE UBS GLOBAL LIFE SCIENCES CONFERENCE

LA JOLLA, CA - September 21, 2005 - Senomyx, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNMX) announced today that the Company's President and CEO, Kent Snyder, will present a corporate overview on Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time (7:30 a.m. Pacific Time) during the UBS Global Life Sciences Conference. The conference is taking place at the Grand Hyatt New York in New York City. During his presentation, Mr. Snyder will provide an overview of the Company's pipeline of novel flavors, flavor enhancers and taste modulators.
