SENOMYX TO WEBCAST CORPORATE PRESENTATION AT THE BIO INVESTORFORUM

LA JOLLA, CA - October 12, 2005 - Senomyx, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNMX) announced today that the Company's President and CEO, Kent Snyder, will present a corporate overview on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time (2:30 p.m Eastern Time) during the Bio InvestorForum. The conference is taking place at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. During his presentation, Mr. Snyder will provide an overview of the Company's pipeline of novel flavors, flavor enhancers and taste modulators.
